According to recent reports,
Rolls-Royce is developing a hybrid version of its luxury sedan
Ghost.
Rolls-Royce Ghost will be developed on the same technology as the new
BMW ActiveHybrid 7. The car will be equipped with petrol engine volume of 6.2 liter V12. (563 hp and 575 Nm of torque) and the electric power of 20kW (155 Nm of torque), as well as install 8-speed automatic gearbox.
The electric motor will reduce fuel consumption by almost 15%, compared with the standard model. Lithium-ion battery capacity of 0.6 kWh installed in the trunk.
